Does my client need to create an account?
Never. They open one link, type their name, and they're in. No sign-up, no password, no "request access."
Can I put my own brand on the portal?
Yes — your logo, colors, and name on every portal you send. Studio and Team plans add a fully white-labeled portal.
Will everyone get notified automatically?
Yes. Handoff emails both you and your client at every milestone — when work is sent for review, when a comment lands, and when something is approved or sent back.
What kinds of files can I send?
Anything up to 10 GB per file — images, video, PDFs, zips — plus links to Figma, Loom, YouTube, or wherever your work already lives.

What counts as a team seat?
Each additional designer on your Studio or Team account uses one seat. Team members can create and manage their own projects under your shared workspace. The account owner does not use a seat.
Is storage per project or shared?
Storage is shared across all projects in your account. If you upload a 500 MB video to one project and a 200 MB PDF to another, you have used 700 MB of your total allowance.
