Questions, answered
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. If you downgrade, your plan changes at the end of the current billing period and your data is preserved.
What happens when I hit the free plan project limit?
You can still access your 3 existing projects in full. To create a fourth, you’ll need to upgrade to Solo or archive an existing project.
What is white-label portal?
On Studio and Team, the client portal can show your studio name and logo instead of Handoff branding. Your clients see your brand, not ours.
What counts as a team seat?
Each additional designer on your Studio or Team account uses one seat. Team members can create and manage their own projects under your shared workspace. The account owner does not use a seat.
Is storage per project or shared?
Storage is shared across all projects in your account. If you upload a 500 MB video to one project and a 200 MB PDF to another, you have used 700 MB of your total allowance.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
